As it currently stands, you need the amp, if only for the difficult to find 20-pin connector that plugs into the back of the 3-in-1 or 6CD unit.
If you can find the 20-pin connector, with flying leads still attached, we can help you make the appropriate power and line-level out connections to the amplifier(s) of your choosing. To make it all work, you would need to solder several RCA connectors to the flying leads.
Easiest way to go, find someone selling it with the amp.

I've noticed many stock Toyota CD's (3 in 1 type) for sale on
ebay, but only a few with the associated amp. Do you have to have the amp? I'm looking to install one of the stock 6 CD in dash changers and I currently have the AM/FM/Cassette CD ready unit with 4 speakers. Thanks.
