    -2007
    -regular cab long bed
    -jvc walmart crap
    -alpine type E's
-10" ported kicker in slim box
-Power Acoustiks 400watt amp (I like to hear the treble haha, had 2 12" memphis subs and a 1400watt amp and it was OVERKILL)

I was a cheapo and used the factory speakers as sort of a mounting bracket for the new Alpines, took about an hour or two, but with a sautering gun, some liquid nails, and metal wire, it was solid as a rock, and sounds good too! I basically just cut the speaker out of its old housing and dremeled the edges of the housing to fit the alpines. You can get adapters online, but it's not like someone is going to take your door panel off and see that you were a cheap bastard haha

    -2011
    -Double Cab
    -Older Alpine CDA9885
    -Alpine SPX-17PRO components - utilized carspeaker-adapters spacers/tweeters in A-pillars vs. "wing" location
-DIYMA Reference 12" sub mounted in prefabbed box behind front passenger seat. Bolts to the 1/3 seat; not an issue since I rarely have passengers back there.
-Pioneer PRS-D800 (class D) for components/Alpine MRP M500 sub amp
    2011 2WD DC 4.6. Black and scratchy!

    ill play along...

    2004 AC

    Alpine 9886

Zapco Competition 6.5" mid bass in doors
Zapco Competition 1.1" tweets in doors

Image Dynamics 6.5 CTX coax in back for rear fill

Focal Polyglass 11" for low end

    Zapco DC 750.2 for sub
Zapco DC 350.2 for front stage

all controled by a Zapco DRC-SL in the glovebox

2 and a half bulk kits of hushmat as well....

next few months i will be doing a different sub setup and finishing the system

adding my Zapco competition 4" mids in the kicks and switching over to Scan Speak Tweeters in the A-Pillars running off my Zapco DC 1000.4

it should be a nice little SQ competition Rig
