Default What Backup Camera do you reccomend?

I have a Clarion vrx935vd indash dvd player that has the option to connect a backup camera. Do you guys reccomend any specific ones? Where is the best place to mount them? Keep in mind I have a Sequoia. I saw a plate cam and it doesn't look bad. No need to drill any holes for the camera, just have to run the wires.

I have the plate cam and before you decide on getting it I will tell you what you have to do to use it. First the end of it that needs to get into the tailgate has an end on it the size of a sharpie marker. Now I hate to drill holes into my ride for any reason, but I decided that I really wanted this thing to work so what I did was cut the cable and the splice it back together inside the tailgate. I used one of the bottom plastic holes that usually would be for the bottom screws on the license plate on the tailgate to run the cable through. Took some time but again no holes drilled into the truck. Second which is not a big deal but you will have to do it, is that the frame requires you to cut the top section of the license plate so that it will into the frame. Some people might not be willing to do that but that's what you will need to do to use it. I like and it works great and no one really notices that it is there. Just thought I would share my experience with this product. If you do get it, reserve some time to install it because it will take about a day...I can post a picture of it if you like.

Scott

Scott- How would you rate that product? Would you reccomend it to me? Hows the view? Does it have night vision? I'm not looking forward to drilling holes either, thanks for the headsup though. If I do get it, I will most likely follow your guideline. And last, if you don't mind posting a pic, that would be great, thanks.

I use the Pioneer ND-BC2 and it works very well if you want parking assist features you can get the ND-BC20PA I mounted mine just behind the top edge of the licence plate. If I get a chance I'll take some picture tonight and place them in my Photo gallery.

I have a Boyo License plate frame. It's gloss black so it blends in perfectly with my Tundra, you really have to be looking for it to notice there's a camera. Picture is awesome; auto adjusts within a second for light conditions, very effective...even at night
