Default another speaker question

I have a 2004 tundra double cab with a JBL 3 in 1 audio ETR/CASS/CD 8 Speaker system. It sounds pretty good but I wanted to know if there is any way I could use the same HU and make it sound any better by just replacing the speakers without doing any modifications? If so,what kind of speakers would you reccomend? What size/ohms are the stock speakers for front/ back?Is there really 8 speakers I see 2 on the front door,2 tweeters above by the side mirror, and 2 on the rear door.Where are the other 2 speakers?

The other 2 speakers are probably counted b/c the rears are coax and thet're counting them as a mid and a tweeter. As far as the rest of your questions, you might want to try the search function. These questions are pretty common and have been asked several times. I provided a link below which is the return result of a search of this forum with the keywords "recommend*" and "speaker*".
