Diamond Audio Hex Speakers s600s

I have read that maybe one member has these speakers in their truck. After doing a lot of research on them and reading reviews and comparing, I really like what these speakers seem to offer. Only one problem, I can't find them ANYWHERE to listen to. All of the shops that the Diamond website says carry their stuff in my area(2 Areas actually) have said they don't and never have sold Diamond??? Can anyone speak to the true differences between the silk and aluminum tweeter? These speakers will fit without the window track mod and are said to sound excellent at low as well as high volumes. Some speakers I know only sound good at high or low volumes.

There is also some feature about rear fill or something with these speakers, like they work with the rear speakers, I am not too sure what that is about. If anyone can explain that to me and also give me some reference as to what they thought about the overall sound quality it would be greatly appreciated.

I personally like to fade my music to the front while also having some sound from the rear, not too much though. It just appeals to me. Would any Diamond speakers work well in the rear stock locations as rear fill? They would just be powered by the HU(Alpine 9835) whereas whatever comps go up front will have a JL 300/2 available to them. I know specifically I have seen posts from Diamond Dog referencing these speakers, hopefully someone can chime in...

You probably will not find the Diamond Audio Hex speakers anywhere to audition. I am probably the member you were refering to that has them. You have to go on faith a little. But YOU WILL NOT BE DISAPPOINTED!!!

I have them in the rear of my Seq and Kicker Kevlar sperates in the front (just came out and even more expensive than the Diamond)

If you come up, you can audition speakers all you want in my car. I am in Orange County.
