here is the upper console and i wanted to show the clips that you will pull down on in the front part of the console the green arrows show the clips, i used a metal strip screwed to the suction cup windshield holder that way i wouldn't have to glue anything to the windshield and i used the screw for my ground and the green wire for my hot wire when vehicle is on everything went well and i fused the wire with a 5amp fuse too....

My install didn't go this complicating. I just hardwired it from the fuse box, to the driver side pillar, then across the headliner to the center. Did it in about 10-15 mins.
