04/05 JBL 6 disc to a 02 Tundra?

Does anyone know if a 6 disc JBL w/ cassette out of a 04 or 05 Tundra will work in an 02 Tundra that has the CD/cassette in it currently? My CD player is dead, it works but the clicking motor noise is almost louder than the music. Is this a plug and play or is there some harness issues? Thanks
