I can host the file for you, email it to fakemail4@mac.com (its not a fake address, just one that I don't mind spam when I post it online )

Strait forward, but a few issues:

Unless you can graft the wires, you need a connector for R10. Both the rear view camera and microphone are wired thru this connector.

FAQ: installing (E7009) '07 Solara nav in '04/'05 - SiennaClub.org Forums
see post #24

I also have the voice commands in a zip file, but can't figure out how to post it. I'll forward it if someone can post it.

Thanks,
Paul

The voice commands are attached below.

I have another question about the Navigation. I saw this picture on another website. Is that gap between the console and the navigation unit normal? Would this gap be there on an 05 double cab? (Circled in yellow)

Can you take a couple pictures of the steering wheel controls, and the interior of your truck? I just want to make sure the parts will match my "taupe/light tan" interior, before I order them. Thanks!!!!

Yes, I have the "Asian" microphone kit, which is black, but some have painted to match.

Finally, I stand corrected, the drivers speaker is the only one activated when using the telephone/bluetooth.

I have a picture, but no way to post. I can either email it to you, or someone could host it.

Here is marathonpaul's photo, the buttons are a slightly different shade, but the camera makes it more noticeable than it really is.

Here's a link to a photo I took of the 84250-08030-B0 ('06 Sienna light grey) buttons installed on an '05 light charcoal interior Sequoia.

FWIW, I think the buttons look more blueish-green in Paul's photo than they are in person.

The left side buttons better show the color as the right side is reflecting more flash.

My Sequoia page.

You're right, the flash really makes the switches much more noticeable. In real life the difference is no more than the various shades of gray in the rest of the interior.

I started thinking today (ooooo thats dangerous, lol) If I can't match it exactly, how about just contrast it completely with black buttons like the 4runner has? Any opinions on how that would look?

Paul,

This is how my steering wheel looks like. Also, how's the reception level of your mic mounted on steering column cover? Check mine. I have a good reception on this mic location.

I have that in mind also at first, which in fact I did ordered set of steering wheel controls for 4Runner (Black shade). It looks real good. But, considering the interior color of my truck (charcoal grey), I've decided to switch to light grey color switches which has a good contrast.

The pictures look very good and the coloring seems fine. The mic works fine in my location.

I think one could mount the mic most anywhere. Its just how one would like to run the wires.

forgive me if this is already in this thread.

Is there a Sirius Radio tuner available for the 07 navigation headunit? If possible, directly from toyota so it shows station information and also shows up as SAT1. I really do not want a separate unit on my dash, and I do not want FM modulation. I want to be able to fully control the Sirius from the headunit and steering wheel controls.

Thanks!

Both my old Nav (E7005) and new Nav (E7006) used the same Sirius Solara Kit. Both were plug and play.

Paul,

Since you ordered these aux parts already, do these Sienna parts fit in the Tundra dash? I just want to make sure before I spend $75 ordering them.

Thanks,
Chris
