Question swap 03' cd changer for 02' single disc?

Does anyone know if i would be able to put a 2003 in dash 6 disc cd changer in my 2002? i only have the 3-in-1 with only a single cd player option...and i wanted to know if the RDS was available with the new 2003 single disc player..and if it is compatible with a 2002...the double DIN size looks the same and i dont see why i cant just swap em out in a couple of months...

Thanks, Marty

Chances are good it will be just plug and play. The Toyota radio harness has been the same since '87.

I am selling my 2002 6 disc in one CD changer from a tundra limited if you want. I have a tentative offer from a guy with a 02 Sequoia that has that 3 in 1 and wants the 6 in 1. Will this be an easy plug and play as well?

RDS --Radio Data System...I think some of the 2002 's have this option the stock head unit. It's the "little" messages you get
