Custom Subwoofer?

I have seen a few custom sub installs in the AC tundra...but i am looking for someone in particular that i saw your install but can't find you again...it was a custom center console box, NOT the JL, but one you built or bought from somewhere...i like the JL, love the JL, but i already have a JL sub, and am looking for a sweet box that i can put my JL 12" in, and i also like the idea of bringing the center console up a few to several inches for better arm restage...i have tan leather interior, any ideas from anyone thank you...or any kind of custom rear set up would work too for my 12", let me know any ideas...thank you

no that's not the one, but that is freakin sweet...i got to look him up...the one i saw was so close, but it was tan and he said that he fit a 12 in it...do you know anyone who is selling their own custom made ones like that...besides JL

is nice, but I think too small for a 12.

I don't know of anyone who is selling any customs. You could call up elemental designs and see if they have anything in the works. You may also want to try a local audio place and see if they are willing to build a custom box for you. You could also PM Texas Toys and see if you could pay him to make a similar version which could hold a 12.

Sorry man no easy solution, which is why a lot of people end up with the JL.

hmm....thanks for the links...i dont' really like the first one, just not a fan of the tubes....but i love how clean that second one fits inside the center console...man i wish i knew how to use fiberglass....that would solve everything...i wonder how much it would cost at a custom shop, just to make me a fiberglass box like the JL, but a little bigger...hmmm....thanks for all your help man...i'm gonna go rip my center console out and see what i can do with wood before i go to glass...i frame houses, you think i could figure something out to do with wood...
