replace eclipse with stock radio????

I had to send my eclipse cd5435 in to get fixed and in the mean time i want to re install my stock head unit. I have an '03 tundra access cab. The back of the stock radio has no rca cable hook ups but that is how all the speakers were hooked up with my eclipse because I have them amped with a JL audio e6450. My question is how do i make my stock radio work for now???
