Ok I have a 2000 Tundra limited, and I need advise on how to remove the radio, I would like to modify the old cassette player and just bring wires out to hook up to my mp3 player
The cassette is gone and the adapter I have been using will not function correctly
So first thing is to remove the radio/ cd / cassette player
Any links to a manual with pictures would be great, I know asking for allot
Any advice on a good alternate radio / cd / mp3 player would also be great if they make such a devise
1)roll back the two vents in the bezel, look closely and there is a phillips head screw on the upper side of each one, thats (2) screws
2)take off the three A/C control knobs, there is a screw behind each, thats (3) screws
3)Pull lightly on the bezel and it will snap off.
4) reverse to put it back on.
The radio is attached with four gold 10MM bolts
Hope this helps
I remember seeing pictures on here once, but I couldn't find them, but I didn't dig too long. Try a search
