Scion Pioneer iPOD/AUX input setup Q?

I am looking into the iPOD/AUX input jack ... I got a 05 Scion radio for my 02' tundra ... plug and play, just requres a little dash trim to be shaved.

I really want to get the ipod/aux connection setup ... anyone got suggestions on how to get this setup working?
