Default '98 Tacoma or '99 Tundra. Which one would have wiring closer to the 1998 T100?

I have a 1998 T100 that I want to install the dealer RS3000 alarm into. Problem is Toyota no longer has the T100 install kit but they do still have the '98 Tacoma install kit and the '99 Tundara install kit.

My question is which install kit would be the closest to the T100 one?

Do you think the Tacoma kit would be closer because its the same year or do you think the Tundra one would be closer since that truck replaced the T100?

I know neither one is a direct fit and I am prepared to modify the harness for my T100 but am just wondering which one would be the best to modify.

Steve

the tacoma kit is very similar but you are going to have to cut and connect some wires
