2000 Toyota Avalon misfire

I have a misfire with my 2000 Toyota Avalon, it started the other day with a rough running engine, I checked the codes and I had a P0300, P0301, P0302 and a pending code for a P0306. I pulled all of the plugs and found that they were fouled, so I replaced the plugs and this took care of everything but the P0302, it's still running rough and throwing the P0302 code.

Does anyone have the wiring diagram that points out which of the wires going to the coil is the primary and secondary?

BTW - I replaced the #2 coil and this didn't help, so I suspect it's either ignition or fuel injector related.
