2004 Avalon Power Outlet - Constant Power option?

Does anyone know of an easy way to get constant power from the power outlet(even when the key is turned off)? I was able to jump a relay in my '04 Tacoma and make it work but I haven't found an obvious one in my '04 Avalon yet and I'm not in the mood to pull off the dash and check the fuse block.....yet. Thanks in advance.
