Another Nav question

Hi everyone.
Got the limited today... Great car. I recall reading something that there is a way to bypass that annoying startup "i agree" screen. Anyone have any insight to this?

Also is there a way to disable the safety feature that once you move you can' make changes?

Lastly...

Is there a way that when I turn on the car I go right to the rado screen instead of the nav i agree screen?
