Default 95 Avalon Stuck in park and no PW

Hello, this is my first post. Glad to find this forum! I have been a Heavy duty "shade Tree" for 40 years, and love working on my own cars. Have owned at least 8 Toyotas over the years and loved all of them. Here's my problem:

The check engine came on at 67K miles and a local shop diagnosed it as the bank 1 O2 sensor. I replaced it and the ck engine light would not go off. SO... being the good chevy mechanic that I am, I unplugged the fuse for the ECU under the dash and reinserted it after a minute. Light still on, but now I cannot get the shifter out of park and the power windows do not work. Checked all fuses and they are OK, the one for the PW's is a bear! Brake lights work too. I had noticed that one of the rear windows had not worked for a while. Bypassed the shift lock and took it to the shop, where they erased the error code for the O2 sensor. Lights off now, but the windows and shift lock release still don't work. I read about reinitializing the PW's- is there something like that I need to do?
