Default Where can I get a new door panel?

I bought a 1997 Avalon a couple weeks ago and the previous owner had destroyed the driver's door panel trying to replace the stock speakers. I just pulled it off tonight and it's pretty jacked up. Does anyone have any recommendations on salvage yards or anywhere else where I might be able to pick up a replacement door panel for relatively cheap (I'm not even sure what that would be)?

Thanks!

No such thing as cheap car parts, not even at a junk yard. Most junk/salvage yards typically charge about two thirds the price of the retail price. At least that has been my experience in parts such as tail lights and other items, where the color is not a factor. Depending on which model level you have it can vary, as the Limited model door panels are leather on the later versions, then narrowing it down to color. Do you know anyone who owns a auto body shop. They can usually get a new part and then you know it is going to be the right design, color and all fasteners will be available for a correct fit.

So I called the local Toyota dealership just to get an idea what they'd charge. And the price I got? $1500!!!

So I asked them if they knew of any local salvage yards they'd recommend and they suggested Blake's Small Car Salvage Yard (for those in the Denver/Boulder area). I called and they said they had a couple Avalon's in their yard so I went there and got one that was in great shape for $25! I'm now a huge fan of salvage yards!
