Default Slow coolant leak

Hello everyone! I just joined today and hope to find some advice here to get a repair done.

I am losing coolant from a small joint or valve near the top of the motor on the driver's side above the p/s rack. It's connected to two small hoses on both sides and has some lettering on top that says "Prestone" and "Keep Tight", I think. The hoses are secured by clamps which I tightened, but it still drips down onto what I think is the left front control arm. Is this a fill or bleed valve? Has anyone else had this problem or know the name of the component I am trying to describe? I am losing enough for it to pool up and run down my driveway. Thanks for the help, very much. -Scott
