Programming power locks

Does anyone know how to program the power locks on a 2000 Avalon?
I do not have a manual. I followed the steps for a 2003 and nothing happened. Right now when I turn off the car only the drivers door unlocks. I would like all doors to unlock.

Any advice would help.....

Try calling the dealer's service department and ask for the instructions. They should be able to tell you

In some models you have to go into the computer to change the locking parameters of the system. Call me at 813 407-5786 if you want to bring it by.

My 2002 says close all doors, shifter in park, push power lock switch to the unlock position, turn the ignition switch to the on position, within 10 seconds push and hold the power lock switch to the lock position for about 5 sec. Open door warning light will flash to indicate the mode.

One flash - All doors locked when taken out of park,
Two flashes - all auto functions cancelled ,
Three flashes - doors lock when taken out of park and unlock when put back in park,
Four flashes -all door locked when taken out of park Doors unlock when drivers door is opened within 10 seconds after the ignition is turned to the "acc" or the key is removed.
