washer fluid leak? 07 avy

so the other day i ran out of washer fluid in my 07 lmtd. i pour a gallon of fluid in the spout and it all leaked out under the car. i felt around the plastic skid plates under the car and could not reach said leak. my question is whats wrong when it was fine a few moments before and i did'nt hit or scrape anything? any thoughts???

Same thing happened to my 2007. There's a TSB out on it so the dealer should be aware of the problem and have the necessary parts in stock. Good luck!

I have an 07 Avalon with the same problem. My dealer told me to bring it in for warranty repair but I decided to fix it with a hose clamp. Took about 10 minutes- less time than to take it in.
