no they did not .but the newer models have a metal line i dont know why they dont use them , they wont say toyota tech here for 20 years

Could you define "newer". Do we know the build date for the new lines? I've heard about this problem in 2005,2006 &2007 Avalons. Was the problem corrected for all of the 2008 & 2009 model years?
