Default 2002 Avalon VSC light on

Recently during a snow storm my brakes locked up and I couldn't move the car at all. Had it towed home. Thinking maybe the abs or traction control was stuck I pulled the fuses. After some detective work I found the master cylinder had jammed. I put on a new Master cylinder and the brakes work fine but after I put the fuses back in the abs and vsc lights stayed on. Took off the battery cables and that fixed the abs light but the VSC and VSC OFF lights stayed on. The abs works fine. I assume there is a procedure to reset the VSC. Thanks for any help -
