Default washer fluid leak

I seen an earlier posting on here about an 07 limited leaking washer fluid. Well I'm having the same trouble with my 06 limited. I've checked for TSB's but have not found any. Has anyone been able to find out what is causing this? Is there some kind of drain in the bottom of the tank to drain old fluid or clean or for whatever reason? I would appreciate any help before I have to take to my stealership.

Try TSB BO 008-07. They need to install a new washer hose and joint per the TSB.
