2001 Avalon xls w/ 362,000 miles

I am in the process of completing a purchase of a 2001 Avalon xls with 362,000 from my employer. It has religiously had oil changes and other maintenance done on it and these are highway miles. Drives very well. I was told that it has started to run hot (3/4 gauge0 when in traffic and ambient temp is high. I couldn't get it to run hot with me while driving, but when and if it does, I'm assuming thermostat, radiator flush, and water pump. Does anyone else have any suggestions? Is that a typo? That is a huge amount of mileage for 5 years. Thats like 200 miles a day. (Boring day at work.)
