Mostly parts reviews and technical stuff I guess

First post - JBA headers
In about 6 hours I begin the task of replacing my leaking exhaust manifolds and bad O2 sensors. Luckily I'll be doing it at work,on a lift.
I bought JBA headers several years ago through a TS group buy,was just too lazy to install them
One of the manifolds started to leak this year along with a MIL for O2 sensors,it's time to put the headers on.
I'm not too impressed with the quality of the headers. The welding is sloppy. I ran a tap to clean the O2 sensor bungs due to weld spatter and cleaned up some exhaust ports with a carbide bit. I'd expect this work from an overseas sweatshop-manufactured and ebay sold product...but I've seen cleaner work on a friend's $35 (including shipping) ebay header for his beater Honda (stock manifold was cracked). Hopefully JBA's quality control has improved since I bought these. For the price these headers sell for I'd expect better.
