I am new to this site and need help regarding power lock failure. Both front doors have quit and my dealer says no warranty. Any one with personal experience with this problem please let me know if you had any luck resolving.

I was driving on the Parkway and my check engine light came on. Was too far from Toyota Dealer. Went to Autozone and got this diagnostic code PO440. He tightened my gas cap. Said I need to turn it around to hear the click three times. He did that. My light is now off. Can't imagine how much the dealer would have charged me. What do you think?
