check engine light P0155, 2003 Toyota avalon

Does anyone know if this is the 02 sensor or the air fuel ratio sensor? The mechanic said it is 02 sensor heater circuit malfunction. Also is it covered under the 8yr/80,000 warranty on emissions related parts?
