Would a 2003 limited interior front bucket seats rear bench center consol and door panels. WILL it bolt into a 2000 sr5 with 40 60 bench?

My windshield wiper fluid will not work. So I pulled fuses to see if that was the problem. All the fuses were good but now my car wont even attempt to crank. Everthing works, its not the battery. The only thing is the cluster lights on the dash do not come on. No clue what to do. Any ideas
