Wheel and Tire Upgrade

I've got a 2000 TRD that's all stock and up for tires for the winter season. I'm going to keep this truck until my license get pulled so I'm going to do some upgrades.

Any suggestions for the 'perfect' wheel and tires size for a quiet on-road/offroad tire. And while we're at it...suggestions for online sites to purchase such a combination.

Pictures of your 'perfect' match would be appreciated. I think I have the stock 16 inch rims and thinking at least 18 inch...
