The quandary
I am sold on Toyota’s. My 4runner is the best vehicle I have ever owned by far. Am leaning towards also buying a Tundra for my odd special needs. First, everyone really needs a pickup trunk multiple times a year. I am remodeling my home and also building a home in a primitive location that will require a lot of hauling and moving trips. I also have been camping at the site and especially during construction will be staying multiple nights and could use a camper. Also I take several adventure trips a year and spend up to five weeks a year out west car camping and backpacking and also kayaking and biking in the states surrounding Colorado and Wyoming. [these trips are solitary or with one other person] I am having difficultly deciding on exactly what to get for my needs but am leaning on a Tundra regular cab with a long-bed. Don’t know for sure 4x4 or 4x2. Camper possibilities are hauled in the long-bed or a small towed camper. [Possibly the smallest camper with a bath.] The out west trip is usually 4000 miles and I have never hauled or towed a camper. It’s all pretty confusing and maybe too many options for you to help on. I may send adoption papers to the helper.
