Questions on Exhaust

Anybody care to share some ideas for exhaust? I'm getting tired of the lame stock exhaust. The only joy in sound I get is from my Volant CAI. I don't want one of the complete systems. I'm looking into Flowmaster mufflers and i'm planning on dumping the pipes after the muffler. I want something pretty loud but not deafening. And something that sounds clean without all the drone.

My friend has some dual flowmasters and they sounded pretty good but i had read everywhere that the single magnaflow exhaust was awesome for the tundra so that is what i went with. The guy who put it on for me said "Man i don't think you made a good choice, it won't sound any different". I was like Ok man just check it out anyway. Sure enough it sounds great...sounds just like what you are looking for (like I was)--a good deep smooth sound without sounding too loud or trashy.Sure enough i talked to the guy yesterday and hes ordering one for his truck!!..haha

Thanks for the advice. I'll look in to the Magnaflow. How much did that run you?

I was going to go with the Magnaflow, but my tech said that he's had customers that couldn't stand the "drone" after a week. I went with the Banks and LOVE it! Sounds mean but not obnoxious, and won't give you a headache after 10 minutes. 2 thumbs up.

Awesome...I'm going with the banks system...also...anybody out there go with a leveling kit? My Tundra is 2wd but I want to level it out and make it look more aggressive...I'm probably going with the biggest BFG all terrains I can put on it with the kit....I also plan to do the leveling kit install by myself but I'd just like some more input on that...like what kit should I go with and how difficult is it to install?
