These drums are very difficult to center on a brake lath, chances are they actually machine the drums out of round. I'm afraid the only fix for this is new drums.
Also consider the fact that your new wheels could need to be centered to the hubs. You may need a special centering ring that fits in the wheel and centers it to the hub. This is called hub concentric. You wheel supplier should be able to get these. If the wheel is not centered it can cause "hopping" during stopping.
I don't really know why your having squealing from the rear. This is very rare, are you sure it is coming from the rear?
It sometime help to drive along a wall and listing to the squeal. You may be surprised to find it is actually coming from the front. A squeal can travel while driving, making it sound like it is coming from a different point.
