Default Toyota Brake Specifications

I'm starting this thread as a quick reference spot for Toyota Brake specifications. I'll start off with the Tundra and add a few now and then.
If you have a request for a certain model please chime in and I'll get it for you.
Also if you have any question about a specification please ask.
Most of these will come from Motors Information Systems 1977-2007 Disc & Drum Brake Specification and Bleeding Sequence Guide.
