Question Power Slot or Brembo Slotted ???? on a 2001 Sequoia

Time for brakes on the 01 Sequoia...Going with slotted front rotors and Hawk HPS pads......Been doing some searching and research and have narrowed it down to Brembo & Power Slot...they are within 10 bucks of each other.
I have used Bembos in the past and had good luck.....but I have read quite a few good posts about Power Slots.....So I'm looking for hands on opinions.

Which ones would you / did you use?
Thanks

Many on here will say stick with OEM pads. Some don't like aftermarket, but I have yet to see someone complain about the Hawk pads on here, and A LOT of folks switched to them to try and solve their vibration issues on early model Tundras.
I can tell you this. I had brake vibration problems on my '01 Tundra. Switched to PowerSlot rotors and Hawk HPS pads in Dec. 05. Now, over 60k later, there is still plenty of pad left and it stops smooth(though I can feel the slots, I might not get slots if I were doing it again).
I will tell you the Hawk pads are wearing like iron, because they are actually wearing my rotors slightly. But I figure if they last 80~100k, I will not have a problem getting new rotors and Hawk pads at that time. Another thing. I got the SP Street Plus pads at first, cause they gave me free shipping on the rotors/pads when I bought that combo. The pads didn't work well, lots of vibration. Ordered the Hawk pads and lightly scuffed the rotors by hand. Been problem free ever since.

Go to Wheeler's Offroad and check out the Stop-tech rotors, and the Porterfield pads. I Put the Porterfield pads on all 4 corners of my F-450 the last time i did the brakes, and it made such a huge difference in stopping power. I don't have to push on the pedal nearly as hard and am able to make shorter stops even when the truck is fully loaded.

I say get the Cryo Powerslot Rotors and Porterfield Pads. I have these on my Tundra and it STOPS. Nothing compares to this setup other than probably a TRD Big Brake Package.
I now wouldn't use anything other than this setup. The truck now stops better with 305/70/16s (wide patch helps too) than my truck did with 265/70/16 stock tires and the stock brakes which held up for 70K (2 sets of pads) . Just be sure to bed in the rotors like the install instructions say so and re-use the shims and use some Permatex Anti-Squeel Grease (The Ceramic kind: Purlplish package color)
