Default Front Caliper sticking?

My wife's car a 99' Solara has gone through two sets of pads in one year only on the right front side. So I know the caliper is frozen, I've pushed and lubricated everytime I take the wheel off, however, it still if sticking. Any remedies, or just rebuild the caliper? Thanks guys.

Default Re: Front Caliper sticking?

I say get new ones, both sides. I've done many brake jobs for my family and always replace a sticking caliper.

Arrow Re: Front Caliper sticking?

The calipers use a square cut o-ring that flex's when you apply the brakes, and then when released pull back on the piston just enough to release the pad. If the o-ring is damaged then the piston cannot release.
