If the piston is siezed that bad you may want to either rebuild the caliper or by a replacement already rebuilt.
That said...... old brake pads still in... loosen bleeder fitting... on the side where you can compress both tighten down a C-clamp on it to hold it in place... then use a second C-clamp to drive in the other pistons... Only problem is if that one is damaged or siezed it will either not funtion, or leak, or be otherwise dangerous... and if you force it back in, chances are you will never be able to get it out again.. Last time I priced them, the rebuild kit was only about $18... and pretty easy to do as long as the piston bore is clean... if you have to hone it you can, but I'd buy a rebuilt unit in that case.....
Of course rebuilding is only an option if you are certain you can do the job correctly... badly rebuilding one is dangerous to you and whoever you hit after you are done...
