I did the rear first since I though that's where the vibration was coming from. After I upgraded the drums and adjuster wheels it seemed to help with braking and shaking. But shaking got worse and I decided to have the front rotors turned again. Smoothed everything out, then a while later shaking again.
So I did the front tsb with calipers I got from
Car-Part.com--Used Auto Parts Market for $20 a piece, then new toyota rotors, and pads. So far so good. Breaking altogether now much improved. Very slight pedal pressure needed to stop and braking starts immediately when you touch the pedal. Before you had to depress the pedal a bit before I noticed/felt braking.
Hope that helps.
