Default 2001 Tundra Rear Brake Adjustment

After reading all the threads about adjusting rear brakes. I decided to do it. My parking brake was going nearly to the floor. So I jacked it up and put it on stands and checked them by spinning the tires. I adjusted the right rear 12 clicks and the left rear 5 clicks. This helped greatly on my parking brake now it only goes 1/2 to 3/4 down. After driving the drums seem hotter to the touch just wanted to make sure this was ok. Other than that brakes are great.

If when you jack up the truck, in neutral the wheels spin free, you don't have them too tight.
The drums should get hot when you drive and they may get hotter then before, just showing they are working better.

Yes, it will spin at least 3/4 to 1 full turn in neutral on jack stands with just a slight drag. Just wanted to make sure. Thanks for letting me know.
