Question about brakes

A buddy has an '08 DC 4.7 that he's selling with 7k miles that does not have a tow package. I have an '07 DC TRD 5.7 with the tow package.

Are our front rotors and pads the same? Cause I got a hell of alot more miles and would love brand new brakes and he's telling me he doesnt care if I switch them over if I do all the work... Nearly brand new brakes for free!!
I would normally assume they are the exact same but the rear end has a completely different rear end and some definite differences in the brake set up on the rear.

I am not aware of any difference in the brakes. If no one here can help, you might just want to stop by a Toyota dealer parts department and go in and ask if they show any differences in major parts like pads, calipers or rotors.
When you find out come back and tell us.
