Default Break problems

Just bought my 2003 tundra two weeks ago, and i have a break sticking, but seems only to happen when i first crank up to go(press break crankup, put in drive/reverse) but not every time. It did happen also when parking break applied/then released but still stayed engaged. The stick is only minor, i littel bit of gas and it will break free. Do not hear any screaching or feel and vibration while driving. Anybody have same problem or know what could cause this. Thanks

If the parking brake causes this also it could be a seized bell crank. Check out this thread in the stickies: Sticking Parking Brake Bellcranks
The dropping cable is a dead give away.

I did read over the seized bell crank, but the only thing i looked at was the cabel to see if there was any slack in the line, which there was not any. I am going to try to read over more break issues to narrow it down more. Do you know if this bell crank problem is a frequant problem for the tundra?

Yea, its real common up north. Try this, get under the back of your truck and manual pull the cable. You should be able to move the bell crank freely with the cable.
If these are moving freely you should pull the drums and inspect the rear brakes. There could be just dirty or you could have a axle seal leaking.
