Default 2003 Front Brake Rotor/Pad suggestions? Spring Clips?

I searched first

I need (if I cant re-surface them) to get new (possibly crossdrilled/slotted) rotors for the front, and new pads. I've been using OEM, but the life of the pads have been getting worse and worse. This last set lasted only 10,000miles.

Do you guys have any suggestions on relatively inexpensive rotors and pads? O Riley said they had Wagner Pads, and NKD pads for about $140 out the door.

Also, they said the spring clips also needed replacing. Where would I get those?

Your going to pay a premium for crossdrilled rotors and they don't do a thing for you. Raybestos or Wagner should be able to supply you a good rotor for a reasonable price. Now about your pad life, OEM pad should get you at lest 20k as long as your rotors are not under spec and you keep your rear shoes adjusted. If you carry a lot of weight you might look at a semi metallic pads. Raybestos and Wagner sell these also.
Do you have the larger calipers? If not you need to upgrade.
