02 tundra brakes

HI, new here.. found this site last nite, after changing rear shoes on my 02 reg cab 2wd v6 at... noticed it didn't want to stop well on a long trip from nj to sc last week on I 95 doing 70-80 mph... ( i mainly drive around town, and am a coaster, no sudden stops...plus i never use the parking brake ) doesn't stop well after shoes were put on... found site and saw the thing about the bell cranks frozen.. fixed them... readjusted the shoes.. still doesn't want to stop well.. no slaming into the dash if you had to panic stop.... truck has 95K on it.. changed front pads at 60K...had the truck up on a jack under the dif.. put it in gear, stepped on the brake, wheel stopped... hit gas a little, wheel turned...before i throw a master cylinder on. any thing else i should check ????

i left this out,,, wheel cylinder pistons are free, no sign of leakage. resivor is full, no fluid loss... bendix shoes and new hardware kit.

No ways do I believe you have a master cylinder problem. I would consider the shoes you are using. If it stopped well with the originals and now it doesn't that kind of tells you the brake shoes aren't getting it.
Try OEM shoes and I bet thing feel better.
