Default Brake Pads???

This may be a silly question, but I went to the parts store and asked for a set of front brake pads for my 2003 access cab 2wd V-8 Tundra with tow package. After I got the truck up on jackstands and pulled a wheel off, I compared the pads on the truck with the new ones. The new ones were WAY smaller than what is on the truck. Not the pad thickness, but the actual size of the whole thing! Does anyone know what's going on here?

Default Re: Brake Pads???

03 was a cross over year for the brakes. There are larger set that you have and a smaller set that was on early 03 and earlyer.
