First off as Tundrav8yamaha has pointed out, don't rely on your dealer to confirm that you have the upgraded brakes. Check the write here: How To: Early Tundra Brake Upgrade verify for yourself.
Second since I'm sure your truck is way out of warranty why do you feel Toyota is now responsible? The fact that your new Raybestos rotors are now causing the same problem indicates something is up.
Here are some possibilities you must consider before making accusations.
Are the wheel properly torque when installed? Using an impact or guessing can lead to warped rotors.
Are the hubs free of run out and have they been cleaned of all rust before the rotors where installed?
Were the new rotors checked for runout after installation, and then indexed if needed?
What is the run out of the rotors now? If greater then .004", you need to figure out why.
How about the possibility of the rears causing the problem. (As sugested above) Toyota also has upgrade the drums. Warping in the rears is as likely as in the front. Hubs again need to be checked and cleaned. Wheels must be torqued.

Yes, I already have the TSB upgrades per Toyota, and it was confirmed, when I ordered the Raybestos quiet stop pads and they sent the smaller ones to the shop, which did not fit my calipers. But as you are well aware 2000-2003 Tundras consistently have this re-occurring warped rotor issue. So your statement that I was over reacting is somewhat perplexing to me. I am accustomed to getting 40k miles on front brakes min. as per past vehicles 2001 Toy. Sienna Van, 1997 Camry, 2000 Volvo s70, etc. rather than 7k and all your new parts are now ready for the trash bin.

I just updated my front brakes on my '00 Tundra and they seem to work fine. I used the '05 calipers and I used all Raybestos parts (pads and new rotors). Took me more than 1 hour though. More like 4 hours total. I painted the calipers the night before, and it took me a while to bleed all the air out of the lines. I used a side grinder to cut the back plates. I also used the grinder to cut off about 1/8" off the mounting bolts and used the originals. On mine at least, the original bolts did not stick out past the new caliper guides into where the rotors travel. I just shortened them enough so they did not stick out of the caliper housing.

Also to note: the old brake lines fit exactly in place where the new calipers were mounted. No replacements were needed. Also, the new Raybestos pads came with a set of shims. Toyota wants like $50 for a set of shims. I talked to a manager at Napa and he says that all the new brake pads come with shim kits, and they no longer sell them separately.

I have the original factory fully loaded calipers if someone wants to pay the core charge and shipping. I also have the old rotors which have never been turned. PM me if interested.

I've been trying to source parts locally to do the upgrade on my '00, and generally 2 different calipers come up for '05 tundra. What's the 13WG?

13WGs are not the ones that you want. They came out in '07. You want the WLs. WEs are the original ones. (see, now I am an expert after doing the upgrade).

I finally did the upgrade. I used junkyard calipers off a junked 2006 Tundra for $100 each. $200 for calipers + $70 for NAPA adaptive1 brake pads + $20 for new brake lines, $10 in misc stuff (brake grease, flare nut wrench, brake cleaner) and I only spent $300 on the mod.

Probably more if I had to rebuild the calipers, but since the boots are good and no signs of frozen calipers, then its all good.

I've installed Brembo rotors on my last brake job due to warping but reused them and sanded them down for better pad break in.

If I was to do this upgrade would I have to bleed all the brakes or just the fronts?
