Anyone in Mission Viejo?

I'm hoping to find somebody in Mission Viejo that can help me verify an address on somebody.

I'm considering filing a small claims case against somebody that recently took 4800 of my cash and parts and moved to california. I have an address for him, but am not sure if he's actually living there. I'm just hoping to get visual confirmation on his car before I spend the $$$ on a process server.

I can pay a little for gas and time.

Nobody?

I don't want to involve anyone in the actual lawsuit but him. All I am trying to do is see if he still is living at the house I think he is at. Don't need you to talk to anyone, or even stop, just drive past it 3-4 different times and see if you see his car. If his car is sighted then I will move forward and get a process server, and you're done. If after 3-4 different attempts you don't see his car then you're done.
