Recommendations for NorCal body shops

I was wondering if anyone has good recommendations, or warnings, for body shops that do suspension lifts anywhere in the Sacramento, Stockton, and maybe even bay area regions. I guess I should also ask the same for places to get good tires. I have an 04 Tundra A-cab.

What kind of suspension lift are you planning on doing. Spacers or coilovers?
