So I live north of Sac in Yuba City, and I was driving to Sac for a background check, i will be going to work for the city of rancho cordova, and when I was on the I-5 detour, I saw this awesome blue tundra, looked like a double cab, 2005 or 2006, awesome wheels, it was so clean, in every way. Wondering if that person is a member of the forum, that would be cool. It was about 10:00-10:30am. Anyway, i love seeing awesome tundras with some mods, and I always wonder if they are members of this forum too..
Erik

Yeah no doubt, I start a job in Rancho Cordova on monday, and I will have to deal with it, but at least the phases are almost done. It takes long enough to get to RC as it is, without all the problems of a long detour. There is no way I would take 65 through roseville, then 10 miles of lights on Sunrise, haha, that would suck.

Any of you guys/gals interested in attending the annual Barney Riley trail run? It'll be either in September or October. The trail is near the little town called Markleeville.

sounds like fun. from the description, looks like a stock 4wd truck can make it through. i'll see if i can make it! let us know on the dates. here is a short description of the trail!

Yes, a stock rig can make it. However, on any trail rated trail, there's always potential for damage. A lot has to do with the driver. One year a stock rig tundra wasn't paying attention and drove up a boulder on his passenger side. Came down on his door and underside and left a pretty good mark. It definitely could've been avoided. Anyways, I've scheduled the trip for October 18th and 19th.
Ill try to make it in the sequoia i should have my suspension and tires on by then.

A rule of thumb: If you can't describe your idea clearly and simply, you haven't thought it through.
