Volunteers needed!
A number of event staff will be needed on a volunteer basis for the successful completion of the event. This is a partial list:
Event Managers: tundrabrad (Brad) and LilCuteSurferGrl (Tiff)

Vendor Relations Coordinator:
Graphic Artist/ Regalia Development: PXLpainter (Jeff) – Our first Volunteer!

I would like to propose a meeting of the minds for anyone who is interested and/or has experience in the above areas or Car Show experience in general. I would like to meet the week of April 5-9 somewhere central in the LA/OC area. Contact me if you have a possible meeting location. I am working on one as well.
I will have meeting date, location and time details within a few days…

Hmmm...OK! But hey gang...we need help to pull this thing off! Where is all that talent I know is out there?? Time to show it off!
I can tell you the folks on the commercial side are verrrry interested in our event...details to follow as they fall into place...
I guess that I can chime in as convoy coordinator.

Mods:Hellwig anti-sway bar, clear front side marker lights, clear/red/clear rear tail lights w/chrome trim and led blinker, billit grill w/hidden badge, painted front bumper valances, 4Runner 5 spoke wheels, Leer 100xlt shell w/carpet kit, most badges removed, custom Fundra badge on rear, additional reverse lights, gauge trim painted white, custom shifter knob (on the floor), billit radiator and oil caps, comp/temp mirror, map light, charging outlet, back seat tilt, and door & ignition buzzer mods
Hard for me to volunteer to do something when I'm not sure I'll be able to go, however, you can put me down for something innocuous like check-in staff, so that should I be unable to attend, it will not hamper the workings of the event.

Wow - I guess I've dismissed this thread as the other one all these times I've glanced through the CA forum! What ever happened here? This must have died I guess - as I haven't seen or heard any of this before (or since the last post - in MARCH!)
Probably too late now I assume - we gotta just try and figure out who can do what and when! I know there is a lot of discussion in the main thread about food, etc... does anyone know anything about all of these other items???
